Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich um eine inl\u00e4ndische Neuentwicklung, die die L\u00fccke in der heimischen Industrie effektiv schlie\u00dft und deren Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit internationales Spitzenniveau erreicht hat. Mittlerweile verf\u00fcgt Shanghai \u00fcber eine Produktionskapazit\u00e4t von fast 20 Arten von Kohlenstofffasern mit verschiedenen Filamentspezifikationen wie 24K, 48K und 60K, und die Kohlenstofffaserindustrie hat eine unabh\u00e4ngige Kontrolle erreicht.<\/p>\n<p>Kohlenstofffasern finden breite Anwendung in Bereichen wie Windenergie, Solarenergie, Hochgeschwindigkeits- und Hochgeschwindigkeitsz\u00fcge sowie Flugzeugkomponenten. Lange Zeit konzentrierte sich die Entwicklung von Kohlenstofffasern in China haupts\u00e4chlich auf kleinf\u00e4dige Kohlenstofffasern. Shanghai Petrochemical hat die technischen Schwierigkeiten bei der industriellen Produktion von gro\u00dfvolumigen Einzeld\u00fcsen mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von \u00fcber 60K erfolgreich \u00fcberwunden und den gesamten Prozess von der Aufbereitung der Rohseide bis zur Oxidation und Karbonisierung von 60K gro\u00dff\u00e4digen Kohlenstofffasern abgeschlossen, die industrielle Versuchsproduktion erreicht und ist das erste inl\u00e4ndische Unternehmen, das 60K gro\u00dff\u00e4dige Kohlenstofffasern herstellen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Huang Xiangyu, der stellvertretende Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Shanghai Petrochemical, f\u00fchrte aus, dass in den letzten Jahren, als die heimische Windkraftindustrie allm\u00e4hlich in die Tiefe vordrang, h\u00f6here Anforderungen an die L\u00e4nge und den Modul der Windturbinenbl\u00e4tter gestellt wurden.
