Dies ist die derzeit st\u00e4rkste industriell hergestellte Kohlefaser der Welt, und China ist das erste Land der Welt, das eine Massenproduktion dieser Kohlefaserqualit\u00e4t im Hundert-Tonnen-Bereich erreicht.<br \/>\nWie \"stark\" ist die ultrahochfeste Kohlefaser der G\u00fcteklasse T1200? In welchen Schl\u00fcsselbereichen kann sie eingesetzt werden? Und wie wird sie hergestellt? Was sind die Verwendungszwecke von ultrahochfesten Kohlenstofffasern?<br \/>\nDie Kohlenstofffaser der G\u00fcteklasse T1200 ist ein Hochleistungsmaterial mit einem Durchmesser von nur einem Zehntel des Durchmessers eines menschlichen Haares. Dennoch kann ihre Zugfestigkeit \u00fcber 8.000 MPa erreichen, was dem Zehnfachen von gew\u00f6hnlichem Stahl entspricht, w\u00e4hrend ihre Dichte nur ein Viertel der von Stahl betr\u00e4gt.<br \/>\nAls unverzichtbares Schl\u00fcsselmaterial in Bereichen wie Luft- und Raumfahrt, High-End-Ausr\u00fcstung und neue Energie ist die ultrahochfeste Kohlenstofffaser seit langem ein entscheidender Wettbewerbsfaktor in der globalen Materialwissenschaft. Nach Angaben des Leiters des Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteams weist diese ultrahochfeste Kohlenstofffaser eine um 14% h\u00f6here Zugfestigkeit auf als die Vorg\u00e4ngergeneration der T1100-Faser. Durch die Nutzung ihrer extremen Leichtigkeit und hohen Festigkeit kann sie eine Gewichtsreduzierung von mehr als 10% bei den entsprechenden Ausr\u00fcstungen erzielen und bietet enorme Anwendungsperspektiven in strategisch aufstrebenden Industrien wie der kommerziellen Luft- und Raumfahrt, der Wirtschaft im Tiefflugbereich und humanoiden Robotern.<br \/>\nEntscheidend ist, dass es sich bei dieser weltweit eingef\u00fchrten ultrahochfesten Kohlenstofffaser der G\u00fcteklasse T1200 nicht nur um ein Labormuster handelt, sondern um ein industrielles Produkt mit Massenproduktionskapazit\u00e4ten auf Hundert-Tonnen-Niveau, das die weltweite L\u00fccke in der skalierten Produktion von ultrahochfesten Kohlenstofffasern schlie\u00dft. Dieser Durchbruch versetzt China nicht nur in die Lage, unabh\u00e4ngige geistige Eigentumsrechte f\u00fcr High-End-Kohlenstofffasern zu besitzen, sondern schafft auch ein umfassendes autarkes Versorgungssystem, das die gesamte Kohlenstofffaserserie von T300 bis T1200 abdeckt und eine solide Materialgarantie f\u00fcr die Entwicklung kritischer Sektoren bietet.<br \/>\nWie stark ist T1200-Grade Carbon Fiber?<br \/>\nKorrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit: Kohlenstofffasern verkohlen bei der Herstellung bei Temperaturen von fast 2000\u00b0C, was ihre chemischen Eigenschaften sehr stabil macht. Wenn ein Metallblech und ein St\u00fcck Kohlefasergewebe in \"K\u00f6nigswasser\" (eine Mischung, die haupts\u00e4chlich Salz- und Salpeters\u00e4ure enth\u00e4lt) gelegt werden, reagiert das Metallblech sofort heftig, w\u00e4hrend das Kohlefasergewebe auch nach l\u00e4ngerem Eintauchen keine Ver\u00e4nderung zeigt.<br \/>\nStarke Feuer- und Flammhemmung:<br \/>\nBei einem Brandtest mit einer L\u00f6tlampe gl\u00fcht das Kohlefasergewebe in der Mitte rot, entwickelt aber keinen Rauch und entz\u00fcndet sich nicht, was eine hervorragende Sicherheitsleistung darstellt.<br \/>\nDie st\u00e4rkste, feinste und leichteste Kohlefaser:<br \/>\nUnter dem Elektronenmikroskop bei 800-facher Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung misst ein menschliches Haar, das mit Schuppen bedeckt ist, einen Durchmesser von etwa 67 Mikrometern, w\u00e4hrend das Kohlenstofffaserfilament der Qualit\u00e4t T1200 einen Durchmesser von weniger als 4,5 Mikrometern hat. Ein Kohlenstofffaserseil, das aus 120.000 einzelnen Filamenten zusammengedreht wird, h\u00e4tte theoretisch einen Durchmesser von weniger als 2 Millimetern, wenn es gespannt ist.
