Bei der Boeing 787 beispielsweise werden im Rumpf in gro\u00dfem Umfang Kohlefaser-Verbundwerkstoffe verwendet, wobei der Anteil bis zu 50% betr\u00e4gt. Dadurch wird das Gewicht des Rumpfes effektiv reduziert, die Treibstoffeffizienz verbessert und gleichzeitig die Festigkeit und Erm\u00fcdungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit des Rumpfes erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n<p>Fl\u00fcgelkomponente 1: Der Fl\u00fcgel ist eine Schl\u00fcsselkomponente eines Flugzeugs und stellt extrem hohe Anforderungen an die Festigkeit und Steifigkeit des Materials. Die hohe spezifische Festigkeit und die hohe spezifische Steifigkeit von Kohlefaserverbundwerkstoffen machen sie zu idealen Materialien f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Tragfl\u00e4chen. Sie k\u00f6nnen das Gewicht reduzieren und gleichzeitig sicherstellen, dass die Tragfl\u00e4chen eine gute aerodynamische Leistung und strukturelle Stabilit\u00e4t aufweisen. Heutzutage bestehen immer mehr Heckflossen von Flugzeugen ganz oder teilweise aus Kohlefasern, was die Handlingseigenschaften und die Stabilit\u00e4t der Heckflossen bei gleichzeitiger Gewichtsreduzierung effektiv verbessern kann.<\/p>\n<p>Triebwerkskomponenten 2: Kohlefaserverbundwerkstoffe werden h\u00e4ufig zur Herstellung von Triebwerksschaufeln, Geh\u00e4usen und anderen Komponenten verwendet. So besteht beispielsweise das Geh\u00e4use des GE9X-Triebwerks aus Kohlefaserverbundwerkstoff, der das Gewicht im Vergleich zu Metallwerkstoffen um fast 160 Kilogramm reduziert. Das Rolls-Royce Advance-Triebwerk verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Schaufeln und Geh\u00e4use aus Kohlefaserverbundwerkstoff. Im Vergleich zu den fr\u00fcheren Trent-Triebwerken kann es das Gewicht um 680 Kilogramm reduzieren und die Treibstoffeffizienz um 20% verbessern.
