Pr\u00e9paration des pi\u00e8ces pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es<\/h3>\n<p>Selon les exigences de la conception, le tissu ou la toile de fibre de carbone s\u00e8che est coup\u00e9 et plac\u00e9 manuellement ou m\u00e9caniquement dans un moule pour produire une pr\u00e9forme.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Scellement des moules et mise sous vide<\/h3>\n<p>Fermer les moules sup\u00e9rieur et inf\u00e9rieur, assurer l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide de bandes d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et extraire l'air \u00e0 l'aide d'une pompe \u00e0 vide pour r\u00e9duire les bulles et faciliter l'\u00e9coulement de la r\u00e9sine.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Injection de r\u00e9sine<\/h3>\n<p>Injecter de la r\u00e9sine liquide dans le moule par l'orifice d'alimentation en r\u00e9sine en utilisant le vide ou la pression pour infiltrer la pr\u00e9forme. Le d\u00e9bit et la pression de la r\u00e9sine doivent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Durcissement et d\u00e9moulage<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l'injection, il faut chauffer le moule (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 100 \u00b0C \u00e0 160 \u00b0C) pour durcir la r\u00e9sine.
