Une s\u00e9rie de donn\u00e9es officielles illustre suffisamment ce point : un faisceau de fibres de carbone SYT80 d'une section transversale d'un centim\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 seulement poss\u00e8de th\u00e9oriquement la capacit\u00e9 de traction n\u00e9cessaire pour soulever un gros porteur C919 enti\u00e8rement charg\u00e9, dont le poids maximal au d\u00e9collage est d'environ 80 tonnes. Cependant, ce qui enthousiasme vraiment l'industrie, ce ne sont pas seulement les donn\u00e9es de laboratoire, mais l'expression \"\u00e9chelle de cent tonnes\". Cela signifie que ce nouveau mat\u00e9riau peut enfin passer du laboratoire aux lignes de production industrielles, passant d'un \"article de luxe\" \u00e0 un \"bien commun\" adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 une application \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. La perc\u00e9e de la fibre de carbone de qualit\u00e9 T1200 est le r\u00e9sultat d'une accumulation technologique de dix ans. En 2017, des entreprises chinoises, en collaboration avec des universit\u00e9s, ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s la \"technologie cl\u00e9 pour l'industrialisation de la fibre de carbone de module moyen \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance\/centaine de tonnes fil\u00e9e par voie humide \u00e0 jet sec\", posant ainsi la premi\u00e8re pierre de l'autosuffisance en fibre de carbone nationale. Au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2026, une entreprise a annonc\u00e9 une perc\u00e9e au niveau du laboratoire dans la technologie T1200, avec des \u00e9chantillons techniques atteignant une r\u00e9sistance de 7566 MPa. Dans la courte p\u00e9riode qui a suivi, la production de masse \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de 100 tonnes a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement mise en \u0153uvre, achevant le \"dernier kilom\u00e8tre\" entre le laboratoire et l'industrialisation. En examinant la voie technologique, l'\u00e9quipe de R&amp;D a surmont\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par la technologie de contr\u00f4le des d\u00e9fauts structurels mol\u00e9culaires \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle sub-nanom\u00e9trique. L'ensemble du processus de production s'\u00e9tend sur une ligne de production \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature de plus de 1000 m\u00e8tres de long et implique le contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis et en temps r\u00e9el de plus de 3000 param\u00e8tres de processus complexes. Du point de vue des perspectives d'application, la fibre de carbone de qualit\u00e9 T1200 s'\u00e9tend des domaines a\u00e9rospatiaux \u00e0 de multiples industries \u00e9mergentes. Selon les informations fournies par l'entreprise, la fibre de carbone ultra-haute r\u00e9sistance SYT80 est devenue un mat\u00e9riau de choix dans les environnements extr\u00eames et les secteurs de fabrication haut de gamme, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa r\u00e9sistance ultra-haute d\u00e9passant 8000 MPa, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es et \u00e0 des caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9. Ce nouveau produit devrait \u00eatre largement utilis\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement de satellites, de fus\u00e9es, de sondes spatiales et d'autres \u00e9quipements. Dans les applications structurelles des satellites, il permet de r\u00e9duire le poids de plus de 10%, ce qui am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 de la charge utile de l'\u00e9quipement. Il peut \u00e9galement assurer le fonctionnement stable des sondes spatiales dans des environnements extr\u00eames, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 des perc\u00e9es dans les efforts d'exploration de l'espace lointain de la Chine. Dans le domaine de l'internet par satellite, sa valeur est amplifi\u00e9e par la rigidit\u00e9 de la demande. Les cr\u00e9neaux de satellite en orbite terrestre basse (LEO) sont une ressource rare \"premier arriv\u00e9, premier servi\". D'ici \u00e0 la fin de 2025, la Chine a soumis \u00e0 l'Union internationale des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (UIT) des plans pour une constellation de 203 000 satellites.
