Il rompt avec la limitation de l'industrie selon laquelle \"la d\u00e9coration est plus importante que l'aspect pratique\". Gr\u00e2ce au concept de base \"l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 + faible contre-pression + r\u00e9sistance aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es\", il r\u00e9duit non seulement la charge sur la carrosserie du v\u00e9hicule, mais optimise \u00e9galement le flux d'air d'\u00e9chappement, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la r\u00e9ponse du moteur en termes de puissance. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la texture mate de la fibre de carbone et au design a\u00e9rodynamique, il constitue non seulement un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer les performances de la voiture de course, mais aussi un \u00e9l\u00e9ment visuel mettant en valeur la texture haut de gamme du v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cifiquement pour les conditions d'\u00e9chappement extr\u00eames des voitures de course<\/p>\n<h2>1. Excellente r\u00e9sistance aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, permettant de faire face sans probl\u00e8me aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es des gaz d'\u00e9chappement<\/h2>\n<p>Il est form\u00e9 par le m\u00e9lange de fibres de carbone de haute puret\u00e9 de grade T1100 avec une r\u00e9sine ph\u00e9nolique r\u00e9sistante aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures, cr\u00e9ant une structure stable r\u00e9sistante aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures qui peut supporter des impacts continus \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature allant de 800\u2103 \u00e0 1200\u2103, avec une tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature instantan\u00e9e allant jusqu'\u00e0 1500\u2103. M\u00eame dans les conditions de haute vitesse des voitures de course, lorsque la temp\u00e9rature des gaz d'\u00e9chappement d\u00e9passe 1000\u2103, il n'y a pas de carbonisation ou de d\u00e9formation sur la paroi interne du tuyau d'\u00e9chappement. Cela r\u00e9sout les probl\u00e8mes d'oxydation \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et de fissuration des soudures des tuyaux d'\u00e9chappement traditionnels en acier inoxydable, et la dur\u00e9e de vie est plus de trois fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des tuyaux d'\u00e9chappement en m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<h2>2. L\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 extr\u00eame, r\u00e9duisant la charge du v\u00e9hicule<\/h2>\n<p>La densit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau en fibre de carbone n'est que de 1,6 g\/cm\u00b3, soit 60% \u00e0 70% de moins que les tuyaux d'\u00e9chappement en acier inoxydable de m\u00eame sp\u00e9cification. Si l'on prend l'exemple d'un tuyau d'\u00e9chappement de 600 mm de long couramment utilis\u00e9 dans les voitures de course, son poids peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 0,8 kg pr\u00e8s, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la masse non suspendue de la carrosserie du v\u00e9hicule. La conception l\u00e9g\u00e8re permet de r\u00e9duire la perte de puissance et d'am\u00e9liorer la vitesse d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du v\u00e9hicule. Des essais r\u00e9els ont montr\u00e9 que les voitures de course \u00e9quip\u00e9es de tuyaux d'\u00e9chappement en fibre de carbone peuvent r\u00e9duire le temps d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de 0 \u00e0 100 km\/h de 0,2 \u00e0 0,3 seconde, ce qui am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement la souplesse de la tenue de route \u00e0 grande vitesse.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, adapt\u00e9e aux environnements complexes des voies ferr\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p>La matrice en fibre de carbone pr\u00e9sente une stabilit\u00e9 chimique extr\u00eamement forte. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9e avec un rev\u00eatement nanoc\u00e9ramique sur la surface, elle peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l'\u00e9rosion des gaz corrosifs tels que les sulfures et les oxydes d'azote dans les gaz d'\u00e9chappement, et en m\u00eame temps r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des environnements difficiles tels que la pluie et la boue sur la piste. Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 le test du brouillard salin de 500 heures et le test de corrosion \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature de 200 heures, la surface du tuyau d'\u00e9chappement ne pr\u00e9sente ni rouille ni \u00e9caillage, et le taux de r\u00e9tention des performances est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 95%, ce qui permet d'\u00e9viter le probl\u00e8me de l'augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance des gaz d'\u00e9chappement caus\u00e9e par la corrosion dans les tuyaux d'\u00e9chappement m\u00e9talliques traditionnels.<\/p>\n<h2>4. La faible r\u00e9sistance des gaz d'\u00e9chappement augmente la puissance.<\/h2>\n<p>En adoptant une conception d'optimisation de la m\u00e9canique des fluides et en la combinant avec le processus de formage de pr\u00e9cision des mat\u00e9riaux en fibre de carbone, la rugosit\u00e9 de la paroi interne du tuyau d'\u00e9chappement est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e en dessous de Ra0,8\u03bcm, ce qui est beaucoup plus faible que Ra3,2\u03bcm des tuyaux d'\u00e9chappement en acier inoxydable. La paroi int\u00e9rieure lisse peut r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9coulement des gaz d'\u00e9chappement, augmenter l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9chappement de 15% \u00e0 20%, aider le moteur \u00e0 expulser plus de gaz d'\u00e9chappement, r\u00e9duire les gaz d'\u00e9chappement r\u00e9siduels dans le cylindre, et ainsi am\u00e9liorer la puissance et le couple du moteur.
