Lightweight replacement shell for a sharper, cleaner exterior
A mirror cover sits at one of the most visible corners of a vehicle, and it is also one of the few exterior parts exposed to constant wind load, road debris, car-wash brushes and UV. Our carbon fiber mirror cover replaces the factory plastic housing with a genuine carbon fiber composite shell: dramatically lighter, noticeably stiffer, and finished in a deep gloss that holds its look far longer than painted ABS.
Each cover is manufactured from 3K carbon fiber prepreg laid up by hand, cured under heat and pressure in an autoclave, then CNC-trimmed to match the original mounting geometry. The result is a direct clip-on replacement that installs in minutes without drilling, cutting or adhesive.

- Real carbon fiber, not a wrap: structural 3K twill / plain weave prepreg throughout the shell — no printed film, no hydro-dip imitation.
- Up to 55% lighter than stock: typically 90–160 g per cover versus 250–380 g for an OEM ABS housing, cutting unsprung mass and mirror-head vibration.
- Dimensionally stable: a near-zero coefficient of thermal expansion keeps the shell from warping, rattling or loosening across -40 °C to +85 °C.
- UV-resistant clear coat: automotive-grade 2K gloss (matte and satin available) protects the weave from yellowing, fading and micro-crazing.
- OE-style fitment: factory clip points and locating tabs are molded from the original geometry for a true plug-and-play installation.
- Corrosion-proof: carbon composite does not rust, pit or chalk, even in coastal and winter-salt environments.

Manufacturing & Quality Control
Covers are laid up in a controlled clean-room environment, vacuum-bagged and autoclave-cured to remove voids, then cured-coat sanded and polished by hand. Every batch is checked for weave alignment, edge finish, clip retention force and coating adhesion. Dry carbon (prepreg, no resin-rich gel coat) construction is available for customers targeting maximum weight savings.
