Q: What is the delivery time?
A: If the goods are in stock, it takes 3–5 days. If production is required, it takes approximately 10 days, depending on your order quantity.

A: For standard models, the MOQ is typically 100 PCS per model. For some promotional models, stock may be available—please check with us.

Q: Do you provide samples? Are they free?
A: Yes, samples are available. A sample fee of RMB 300 is required, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For orders ≤ USD 1,000, 100% prepayment is required. For orders ≥ USD 1,000, 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the balance paid before shipment.
